The Personal and Professional Alignment Quest consists of three critical modules: Phase 1 - Self-Authoring, Phase 2 - Becoming Extraordinary, and Phase 3 - Designing Organizational Systems for Enhancing Alignment and Authentic Engagement.   We offer each phase as a module that can be delivered in person or via the internet.  Groups may register for these modules as individual sessions, or register a “P.A.Q” cohort that will complete an entire module, or the entire “Personal and Professional Alignment Quest” curriculum in sequence.  You may contact R-PAQ Solutions for additional information on any of these phases.

Phase 1 - Self- Authoring

Session 3: A Strategic approach for managing your visibility Leaders often find themselves in the spotlight --- their actions garner a great deal of public attention and scrutiny. This session will focus on how to manage your visibility such that your best-self remains in the spotlight as you grow and develop as a leader. We will use vignettes and reflection exercises to discuss strategies for center-staging your character, competence, and commitment while remaining true to yourself, your values and your sense of purpose.
