In this session, Dr. Laura Morgan Roberts offers a strategic approach for discovering and building upon strengths. Creating a Positive Professional Image – 10/23 1:30-2:30
Defining your image is essential for career success.  To build relationships and trust, colleagues and clients must perceive you as genuine, technically competent, and socially competent.  Yet, many people face challenges to creating these positive perceptions.  In this session, Dr. Laura Morgan Roberts guides you through a discussion of critical questions for image management, such as: How do you navigate the politics of conformity and build a strong reputation of credibility in organizations? How can you increase your effectiveness at creating your desired professional image, without becoming handicapped by others’ perceptions? This workshop is designed to answer these questions and others, while also providing strategies for keeping a proper perspective on the image management process.

A strategic approach to Managing your Visibility (TBA)
