The Personal and Professional Alignment Quest consists of three critical modules: Phase 1 - Self-Authoring, Phase 2 - Becoming Extraordinary, and Phase 3 - Designing Organizational Systems for Enhancing Alignment and Authentic Engagement. We offer each phase as a module that can be delivered in person or via the internet. Groups may register for these modules as individual sessions, or register a “P.A.Q” cohort that will complete an entire module, or the entire “Personal and Professional Alignment Quest” curriculum in sequence. | Phase 2 - Becoming Extraordinary | |||||
Discovering, developing and leveraging one's strengths is a critical pathway for fulfilling one's potential and achieving extraordinary performance outcomes, social contributions and well being. Phase 2 focuses on the process of developing yourself and others so that you can accomplish your professional and personal goals. These sessions are geared toward discovering strengths and putting them into constructive action. Sessions also highlight work-life dynamics that influence your short term and long term career choices. You will address how to organize one's career around leveraging one's own strengths, style and resources to achieve personal fulfillment and to make a positive difference in the world. |

Session 4: Discovering your best self |
This session offers new insight into who you are at your best, based on your own reflections and others’ observations of times when you demonstrated strengths and added value. You will also consider how you can be at your best more often, and what you can do to make your best-self even better. | ||||
| Session 5: Bringing your best-self to life | This session centers on your experience with designing and implementing an intervention that enables you to bring your best-self to work. You will share success stories and also gather peer feedback on how to deal with challenging experiences that threaten your ability to engage your best-self. |

| Session 6: Crafting a life | This session invites you to consider how your work identity and involvement enriches and detracts from your ability to thrive holistically. The session will address how to orchestrate your social context such that it aligns with your goals, passions, values and experiences. These practices can involve small moves (e.g. changing your daily routines) and large moves (e.g., changing your career) that create the conditions where you can thrive and flourish. |
